Linden Rise Farm Sound Bath Experience
Each session begins with a gentle guided meditation, easing you into the soothing sounds and vibrations of Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes and other resonant instruments. Lie back, settle into your breath and let the sound guide you into rest. No experience is needed, and class sizes are limited to ten guests, creating an intimate setting with space to feel comfortable and relax.

Begin your day surrounded by the peaceful beauty of Linden Rise Farm and the aromatic scent of lavender. 'Spill the Tea' 40 Plus Women's Group - Sound Bath
A nurturing 75-minute women's wellness experience created especially for women 40 plus. Enjoy a sound bath and time afterwards to share a herbal tea. When life already feels busy, our bodies can spend far too much time feeling switched on and find it difficult to truly switch off. 'Spill the Tea' has been created to give you an opportunity to slow down, switch off, and connect with like-minded people. Give your nervous system some much-needed time out and truly relax. Your session combines therapeutic sound bath, using the gentle tones and vibrations of Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and other resonant instruments to create a deeply relaxing soundscape.

3-Day Weekend Wellness Stay

Designed for small groups wanting time together in a peaceful rural setting, the experience combines the privacy of a country getaway with selected Linden Rise Farm wellness experiences. Additional experiences — private psychic readings, extra sound bath sessions, catering and grazing options — can be arranged on request at additional cost, subject to practitioner availability. Wellness Studio Hire
Our dedicated wellness studio is available for private hire, providing a peaceful, flexible environment for approved wellbeing practitioners, facilitators and small-group activities. Potential uses include yoga, meditation, Pilates, sound healing, breathwork, wellbeing workshops, training, small group classes, practitioner events, and content creation and photography by arrangement. All external facilitators and practitioners must meet our applicable insurance and professional requirements.
