Before you book
How do I book a class?
Choose a class in the schedule above and book online. Your place is confirmed and paid for at the time of booking, so there is nothing to arrange over the phone.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Group classes are capped at ten people and private sessions run by appointment, so every visit is booked in advance through the schedule.
Where is the studio?
89 Old Gembrook Road, Pakenham Upper, Victoria 3810: in the hills between Pakenham and Gembrook, within easy reach of Emerald, Cockatoo and the wider West Gippsland area. There is parking on site.
What should I wear or bring?
Wear something comfortable you can lie down in. You stay fully clothed the whole time. Mats, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows are here, so you need only bring water and, if you like, a pair of warm socks.
Can I add an infrared sauna session?
There is a private infrared sauna on the property: 45 minutes for $20. It isn't booked through the schedule. You can add a sauna session to a sound bath, private session or group booking, or ask about a session on its own through our contact page.
What if I need to change my booking?
Manage your booking from your own account in the schedule above — you can see your upcoming classes and move or cancel them there.
